Criminal trials and media revelations of business and political officials who have gamed the system for personal advantage and have been caught might lead one to believe that the era of secret trickery is coming to an end. On the contrary, gaming may be spreading, even becoming accepted as standard operating procedure.
The era that one television comedian says is rampant with "truthiness" is an era that seems to reward gaming so extraordinarily that risks have been forgotten. To pursue the subject we identified two years ago, we offer some recent observations of gaming in entertainment, business and education. At present, we see that individuals, having grown accustomed to gaming, now expect, accept and, in a strange way, enjoy it.
